IceXtras.com guarantees that all products sold
are new, unless clearly marked on the tag or the
website as a "consignment" item.
IceXtras.com will always accept
returns or exchanges of incorrectly shipped or
defective items at no extra charge to the customer,
including shipping charges. Changes due to incorrect
sizing (by the customer) will be made if the
customer pays the additional shipping charges
incurred. Online special order returns due to
incorrect sizing will be accepted, less shipping
charges and a 20% restocking fee.
IceXtras.com will always
accept returns or exchanges of defective items at no
extra charge to the customer. Changes due to
incorrect sizing (by the customer) will be made if
the item(s) are still in "brand new" condition
(clean, odor-free, etc.) with tags still attached.
Returns will require a receipt.
Jewelry items with a 30 day
guarantee will be replaced with the same item or a
similarly priced item if the original item is no
longer available.
Tights and skater undergarments
may not be returned unless defective and in the
original packaging. In the case of a defect, the
item may be exchanged, but no refunds will be given.
"Custom" orders (made
specifically for you) are considered "final sales"
and may not be returned.
